Services
My travel services are designed to support you at every stage of your journey — from simple bookings to thoughtfully planned, intentional travel experiences. While many services are complimentary, planning fees may apply depending on the level of personalization, coordination, and care your trip requires. These fees allow me to take the time to truly understand your needs, offer tailored recommendations, manage details behind the scenes, and provide ongoing support so your travel feels smooth, aligned, and stress-free. In some cases, planning fees are waived when booking with my preferred travel partners, where added support and value are built into the experience. My goal is always the same: to help you travel with confidence and peace of mind.
Preferred Partner Benefit
Planning fees are waived when booking with select preferred partners, including Club Med and Canyon Ranch, where planning support is built into the experience!

Booking-Only Services
If you already know where you’re going, where you want to stay, and your travel dates, I’m happy to assist with booking as a complimentary service in most cases.

This option is designed for travelers who don’t need planning — just professional booking support and an advocate behind the scenes.

What’s Included (Complimentary)
-
Booking the accommodations and flights you’ve already selected
-
Confirmation management & supplier communication
-
Travel advisor advocacy — I work directly with suppliers on your behalf
-
Support if booking-related issues arise
-
Potential access to added amenities or preferred perks when available through my advisor relationships (varies by supplier)

When a Booking Fee Applies
To keep booking-only services sustainable, fees apply in the following situations:
-
Air-only bookings: $35 per airline booking
-
Single-night accommodation stays: $25 booking fee
To avoid booking fees, simply book accommodations for 2+ nights or pair flights with qualifying accommodations.

Why Book Through a Travel Advisor — Even for Simple Trips?
Using a travel advisor means:
-
You’re not navigating changes or issues alone
-
You have a direct advocate if something goes wrong
-
Your reservation is connected to an advisor relationship — not a call center
-
You may receive added value or amenities that aren’t always available when booking on your own
You book what you want — I help protect it.

This service does not include:

Custom & Complex Travel Planning
(Quote required — pricing varies by scope)
Some trips don’t fit neatly into a standard planning structure — and that’s a good thing. Custom and complex travel planning is designed for journeys with multiple moving parts that require deeper coordination, strategic pacing, and high-touch support.
Because no two trips are alike, pricing is provided by quote based on the complexity of the travel.

Multi-country or extended international itineraries
-
Fully independent travel (FIT) with separate components
-
Daily itinerary planning

Vendor coordination and logistics management
-
Travel designed around your intentions, energy, and priorities
-
Elevated support before and during travel

Who This Is Best For
-
Travelers visiting multiple countries or regions
-
Extended or immersive international travel
-
Group trips with shared logistics
-
Clients wanting a fully curated, intentional experience

How Pricing Works
Custom travel planning fees vary based on:
