The Deepest Wellness I’ve Ever Known

In a world full of self-care tips, spa days, supplements, and meditation techniques, I’ve come to realize that true healing—deep, lasting, soul-level healing—has come not from anything external, but from cultivating my relationship with God.
This has been the most powerful and transformative source of wellness in my life.
When I reflect on the moments that brought real peace—not just temporary relief—I’m reminded that they came in stillness with Him. When the noise of life fades, when I’m overwhelmed or broken, and I turn to Him honestly, that’s when I find a peace that makes no sense to the world, but changes everything inside of me.
Through this relationship, I’ve experienced a shift in how I see myself. I’ve found a greater sense of worth—not tied to approval or appearance, but rooted in being deeply known and loved by God. That kind of love rewrites the lies we carry.
Gratitude flows easier when you begin to recognize His hand in the little things. Joy becomes possible even when circumstances aren’t ideal. Healing becomes a journey of wholeness—not perfection.
And the most beautiful part? As God works within you, He also works through you. The wellness you receive from Him—peace, identity, compassion—spills over and becomes a gift to others. You begin to show up differently in the world.
This deeper understanding of wellness goes hand in hand with the heart behind Lori Beth Travel. While I love helping others explore beautiful destinations, my true passion lies in creating opportunities for people to experience healing spaces—places that encourage rest, reflection, renewal, and even time to reconnect with God.
Whether it's a quiet retreat in the mountains, a peaceful beachside escape, or a cultural journey with purpose, I believe travel can be more than a vacation—it can be part of your healing.
If you’ve been searching for healing, for peace, for wellness that lasts, I encourage you to seek Him. Not out of religion or pressure—but out of an invitation to relationship.
It’s changed my life.
It can change yours too.
